Litterly Terms of Service

Effective date: July 23, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Litterly. Please read them. By creating an account or using Litterly, you agree to them.

Litterly ("Litterly," "we," "us") is operated by Goodcare Brands. Litterly is software that helps dog breeders manage their program.

Your account

You need an account to use Litterly. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.

What Litterly does, and what it doesn't

Litterly is a record-keeping and organization tool. It helps you track litters, puppies, parents, buyers, weights, milestones, and the day-to-day of running your program.

Litterly is not a veterinarian and does not give veterinary, medical, legal, or financial advice. Reminders, milestone timelines, weight charts, and development logs are organizational aids, not professional recommendations. Always rely on your veterinarian and your own judgment for the health and care of your dogs. You are responsible for the decisions you make in running your business.

Your data belongs to you

The information you put into Litterly — your dogs, litters, puppies, buyers, notes, photos, and everything else — is yours. We don't claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you (for example, to save it, sync it across your devices, and show it back to you). You can export a full copy at any time from Settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.

If you enter information about your buyers or other people, you're responsible for having the right to do so and for handling their information appropriately.

Acceptable use

Use Litterly for its intended purpose — running your breeding program. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access other users' data, overload or interfere with the service, or resell or copy the software itself. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Fees

Litterly may offer free and paid plans. If you're on a free plan, we'll tell you before that changes. If you're on a paid plan, the price and billing terms will be shown to you before you're charged, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Except where required by law, fees already paid aren't refundable.

Availability and "as is"

We work to keep Litterly running and your data safe, and we back it up. But we provide the service "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for issues outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages or failures of third-party providers.

Keep your own backups of anything critical — the "Download backup" button in Settings exists for exactly this reason.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Litterly and Goodcare Brands are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (which may be zero if you're on a free plan). Some places don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Litterly and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. If we end your account without cause, we'll give you a chance to export your data first where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Litterly grows. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the effective date and let you know where appropriate. Continuing to use Litterly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
